I hired Brad B Handyman to refinish my hardwood floors and I can tell you his work is horrible. He does not know what he is doing with any handyman job. He did not sand the floors before applying the hardwood stain, he then put a coat of polyurethane on top of that and my floors look like craters on the moon, no joking! In addition, he was sleeping and showering in my rental home in NH without my permission. I heard he is having problems in his marriage so he took it upon himself to occupy my vacant rental home for several days. I called the Salem Police Dept. about it and they will be paying him a visit for trespassing and vagrancy. DO NOT hire him as you have been warned.
