CA Handyman Services

I highly recommend CA Handyman Services. Chris is responsive, fairly priced, and detail oriented. He did a big project for us - baluster/handrail repair, adding returns to handrail, and painting handrail, balusters, trim and risers. On top of being good at his job, he's just a really good guy who's easy to talk to, which is a plus when he's spending hours in your home :) I'm attaching before and after pics to this review, but they truly don't do it justice!! My husband and I are very pleased with Chris's work and will certainly be using him again in the future.

I used Chris recently for some roof repair work I needed. He was quick to respond and schedule time to look at the job, promptly provided me with a thorough quote and completed the repair work in short order. I am very pleased with the results and will look to Chris as new needs arise.

Chris helped us take care of a 'punch list' of random household fix-it items that had become small annoyances. He not only prepared ahead by asking specific questions but provided a detailed proposal with pricing - totally transparency and we knew what to expect with no surprises. Mr. Albrecht was wonderful. From the estimate process through the final stages of completion on every project. He listened closely, took good notes, asked clarifying questions and was very courteous and professional. He installed shelving in our new kitchen and fixed the installers mistakes on other cabinets. He rebuilt the paver wall with new blocks in our backyard and then repaired our paver walkway and wall at our front entrance. He then power washed our 16x20 composite deck and 20 vinyl fence panels. He also helped with a pool repair. He was flexible with scheduling, detail oriented and made sure things were just right and to our satisfaction. Even better - he came in under budget and ahead of schedule. We should mention he was great with our kids and dog. We are not sure there are a lot of contractors out there like him anymore. Chris repaired and replaced the framing to my garage door, and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome! He had great communication, fair prices, and I had a wonderful finished product. I also want to note that there was no mess or anything left behind, which I greatly appreciated. Chris is lovely and would 100% work with him again in the future.
