The written record runs from 2013 to 2021 and is mostly positive from that period: in a 2013 review, a customer praised the "great selection of unique flooring finishes" and a quick turnaround; in a 2017 review, a condo association described David Sanborn of EcoModern Design as responsive and a pleasure to work with while modernizing the common areas of a 100+ unit building. The most recent account is a different story. In a 2021 Houzz review, a customer said the crew walked off a home renovation before finishing it, called the staff unprofessional, and said the owner lacked the skills for the job — the only account from that period, and the last thing anyone wrote about the company. With the Houzz profile now suspended and nothing on file since 2021, confirm the business, under whichever name it now operates as, is still active before relying on it for a project.
