Boston Sunshine Floors inc

Boston Sunshine Floors, run by Vlad and a multilingual crew out of Watertown, shows up in review after review for taking on the flooring jobs other contractors either botch or won't touch — rotted subfloors from water damage, complicated staircase repairs, gym rubber flooring measured and fitted room by room. Google shows 70 ratings at a perfect 5.0, with Angi and HomeAdvisor both also at 5.0. The specifics span residential and commercial work: full bathroom renovations finished in about two weeks around a family's schedule, a rotted subfloor and water-damaged hardwood replaced from the studs up, luxury vinyl tile through an entire basement kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, and commercial carpet tile installs at two business locations. More than one reviewer specifically mentions Vlad talking them out of unnecessary work — confirming a room didn't actually need new carpet, for instance — rather than upselling. The company says it's been serving the Boston area since 2016. The last six months brought 6 more reviews, all positive. There's no negative account anywhere in the written record. For hardwood, tile, vinyl, carpet, or a bathroom floor renovation in the Greater Boston area, the depth and consistency of this record — spanning six years across dozens of different project types — make Boston Sunshine Floors a strong call.
