Highlights
- Long-running protection plan — April 2026 customer has used it for years
- Fast response — 2021 reviewer says they came out almost immediately
Big Blue Bug Solutions says it has been doing pest control since 1935, and its website describes residential and commercial work on insects, rodents, wildlife and related pest problems across New England. This listing is its Bedford, NH office. Two Google reviews are on file, both 5 stars. The newer one, from April 2026, comes from a customer on the company's Homeowner Protection Plan for years, who called the service fair value and singled out Tony, a technician recently assigned to their service calls, as very friendly. In a September 2021 review, a homeowner described calling them for a bat problem and newly discovered carpenter bees; the crew came out almost immediately and answered every email and question, and the customer then moved their whole home pest program and mosquito treatments over to the company, naming Nathan in particular. The company's website also lists a Connecticut licence or registration number.

Been a Homeowner Protection Plan customer for years now and can only say good things about BBB! I think they provide fair value for service, and their technicians are always top of the line. I specifically want to call out Tony who recently was assigned to our service calls - very friendly and went above and beyond during the appointment!

Big Blue Bug solutions has been wonderful. I started using them this week for a bat problem and newly discovered carpenter bees. They have been so thorough, informative, professional, and nice!! They came out almost immediately after discovering our problem. They were so responsive to all of my emails and questions. I couldn’t be more impressed. We have now switched over our entire home protection pest program to them as well as our mosquito treatments because of their service. Highly recommend this company to anyone! Nathan was amazing!!
