He came out to fix our old garage door and made the whole process so easy. He was polite, friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. It’s always appreciated when someone is not only good at their work but also genuinely pleasant to deal with. Great experience! Highly recommend!
I am beyond blessed that my geriatric garage door is in the care of the Big Guy!!! The added blessing is that he is my neighbor. I am a "seasoned" citizen and Tim literally turned on a dime to restore my garage door's functioning when I.feared the worst, especially, with winter knocking on the door!! A thousand thanks to this fine fellow!!!
Tim and Big Guy Garage Doors is exactly what I was looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable, timely, honest and fairly priced. I had broken a spring and he had the part and arrived promptly and got the job done without issue in about an hour and also took his time to check the whole door system as well, lubricating joints, adjust the chain, giving it all a needed "pick me up" service for no additional cost. He checked all of the boxes.
My garage door broke 1 day before vacation. I contacted Big Guy Garage and Tim came right out to repair the door. Tim was on time and provided great service. I would recommend Big Guy Garage.
