Storm Door Pro does one thing, and the reviews read like a loop of the same afternoon: a storm door ordered, a scheduled install, and an installer named Anthony in and out with the job explained twice. The company is based in Needham and hangs storm doors around the western suburbs — customers write in from Brookline, Framingham and Needham itself — with Andersen 3000 doors named in more than one review. Its Google page sits at 5 stars across 57 ratings, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 5.0 from six. The pattern is a two-person handoff. Terrance (spelled a few ways by reviewers) takes the call, walks through door options and books the date — one customer says the whole thing started over a phone call and a Zoom, another got a price over the phone. Then Anthony shows up, on time or a few minutes early, swaps or rehangs the door, adjusts the closer speed, and goes over how it works before leaving. One Needham homeowner had an old door out and a new one in inside about an hour, with the cleanup done. Two-door jobs and a rehang of existing doors show up alongside the straight replacements. Written praise is dense and recent: 49 reviews in the last six months and not one negative, on a history that runs 2023 to 2026 across five sites. Pricing gets called reasonable or good by several people, and nobody complains about it. The only recurring friction is the wait before install day — one customer says waiting for the door took a while, a HomeAdvisor reviewer says ordering took a few weeks, and one had the manufacturer ship the wrong door, a delay the customer says the company handled reasonably. This is the right call if you want a storm door picked, ordered and hung without managing the project yourself. Before booking, ask for the expected lead time on your specific door and how they handle a wrong shipment, since that is where the delays have come from.
Anthony arrived a few minutes early and started right away working on the removal of the old door after checking out the new one to be installed. He was pleasant the whole time whistling and working. After the install he carefully went over all that had been done. If I could I would give him and Terrence (who I initially talked to) a rating of 10+!!
Install was seamless and final result was great
Had a great experience working with Terrance at Storm Door Pro. He was extremely responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through the different options, and never made the process feel rushed. Really appreciated how easy he was to work with and the level of customer service he provided. Highly recommend Terrance and Storm Door Pro!
