The BBB lists Brian Bilo as president and rates the company A+; it is not BBB accredited. Its Massachusetts plumber license (3006-PL-C) is active on the state registry. In a May 2025 This Old House piece, plumber Brian Bilo was shown installing a custom bathroom vanity repurposed from an antique dresser. On Google it holds 4.3 stars from 10 ratings. A November 2021 reviewer said they had called Bilo twice and got responsive help both times, including over-the-phone advice from Chhaeng that solved the problem. In June 2026, a Google reviewer complained that the company was disrespectful to their neighbors' property and showed disregard for their fences.
