My experience with Chris Bjorklund of Bjorklund Built Homes is longstanding and excellent. I met Chris when I was looking for a place to rent in Milford nearly 15 years ago. He came highly recommended to me by a real estate professional in Westport. In a careful and caring process, considering the needs and goals of both me and the homeowner, Chris found me a great place then and then again, sixteen months later, when I relocated within Milford, where I still reside. Since that time, Chris has served as the property manager to my rental home. He works with a tight team of excellent craftsmen, in my experience as a renter. He makes and keeps great relationships with his clients and the professionals with whom he works. He is responsive, intelligent, professional, expert, ethical and cordial. He shows a real regard for people, property and the community at large. It's my personal assessment that his professional experience and knowledge of both the financial and physical aspects of home ownership and the housing market are excellent. I have no doubt that these qualities and work ethic translate when it comes to any other personal or professional goal he may pursue. Chris tells the truth and he knows how to get the job done beautifully, and I easily and highly recommend him.

Chris has done several projects for me over the years and all have been wonderful. The team is courteous and mindful to keep things tidy and clean and the quality of work is top-notch.
