Brittany is terrific, very communicative about when Kenley would arrive and has in the past actively reached out to make sure that I knew the process and if I needed changes made.<br>Kenley was awesome, found a disconnected wire preventing my HVAC from working and fixed it by reconnecting. Dan was professional and took extra steps to call the manufacturer to see if the panel needs to be replaced. He found that it might better serve to add control wire first. We are hoping this will be the case. This was a warranty issue which was acted upon quickly.
