The thing reviewers keep coming back to is one technician's name: across dozens of five-star Google reviews - Wildcat holds 4.9 stars from 331 ratings - Camilo shows up again and again for gas pipe replacements, water heater installs, a corroded pipe that flooded a basement, a combination boiler swap. The praise is specific rather than generic: reviewers describe him putting on boot covers unasked, taking before-and-after photos of a tub drain repair, and explaining pricing before starting work. Its Massachusetts plumbing license is active and state-verified, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+. Pricing is the one recurring snag. A June 2025 review describes a $99 diagnostic fee that led to a $1,200 quote to replace a disposal and faucet, well above a $600 estimate the customer had from Home Depot; a May 2026 review flags the same $99 service-call structure with no hourly rate given up front; and a 2024 review, after paying a $100 consultation fee, calls the company overpriced.
