We run a B&B for dogs at our farm and had a real problem with drainage coming down off of the hill above the fenced dog play area. The lawn was saturated after every rain storm. All that water created a swampy, muddy mess. Justin came in and cleared, graded and installed drainage culverts and a lengthy, lined and graveled swale. It was our third time trying to fix the situation (two other companies) but Justin got it done and done well. We have subsequently had no problems with flooding and saturation in that area. We were so tired of getting water in our basement every time it rained. After dealing with two other companies who couldn’t resolve the issue, Blue Diamond Civil Group came out and found the issue right away. Turned out our yard wasn't graded right and water was just running straight into the basement . They totally regraded the yard and put in underground gutter drains to move the water away from the house. It's been great ever since. We've had some pretty heavy rain and not a single drop in the basement. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned everything up nicely when they were done. You'd never even know they tore up part of the yard. Can't say enough good things, if you're dealing with a wet basement or drainage problems, definitely give these guys a call!
