Can't say enough about Mario and his crew! I easily called 20 companies for a pool liner replacement. Mario was reponsive, on time, provided quality work, and is just a great guy. Highly recommend!

I really wish I didn't have to write this review. About a month ago, I contacted Blue Max about a leak in our pool. We were going out of town not long after, and I wasn't sure what to do. Mario came out, did a brief check of the filter and liner, and told me it was unfortunately in either the skimmer or in the pipes, and he'd have to send someone to do a pressure test. He gave me instructions for what to do ahead of our trip and assured me that someone would come out the next week, and that they could do everything they needed to do without us there so we would be ready to start repairs as soon as we returned from our trip.<br><br>I sent a text to check in the next week and a note saying our neighbors would be happy to come by during the pressure test if it would be helpful — no response. I sent another the week after — nothing. I sent one final one yesterday, reiterating what we had talked about and saying that I needed communication from him at the very least — nothing. I just called and was sent straight to voicemail.<br><br>It's shocking to me that any professional would do something like this. I trusted Mario, and he ghosted me — not even the courtesy of letting me know he had changed his mind about working with us. Not only that, but he ghosted me after giving me every indication that he was on the case. A month later, I have to start over from scratch with someone new.<br><br>I hope this review will prevent someone else from having to go through what I have.
the pool is back to being a place we actually enjoy every day. Even guests have commented on how clean and well-maintained it looks. Blue Max Pool Service Inc. delivered exactly what they promised—reliable service, clear communication, and real results we could see.
These guys are AMAZING! My pool liner ripped during the winter and I lost most of my water. Mario and his team came in and did measurements then gave me a quote. The liner was ordered and installed within 2 weeks! Very professional and punctual! We could not be happier!
