Waters Works says on its website that it has served the Greater Boston Area since 1996, opening, closing and servicing pools. A 2023 customer said Alan came out immediately for a pump that would not hold its prime, diagnosed the problem, searched for a part for the discontinued unit, found it and installed it. A 2025 customer said they had used the company for 10 years and that it was always available to help, since they did not know much about pools when they bought the house. A 2022 customer called the company knowledgeable and the price fair. A 2024 customer said the company replaced their pool heater, the new one still was not working and a part needed to be replaced, and the company then stopped responding to emails, leaving them paying $4K for a heater that did not work. A recent customer who had been misdirected by Google said the employees helped them anyway while heading out to a job.
Absolutely amazing i was misdirected by google and these guys helped me tremendously anyways. When it was obvious, they were heading out to a job and they could have just brushed me off. All of the employees were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend
We have been using waters work for 10 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always available to help us as we didn’t know much about pools when we bought the house. I highly recommend them tremendous service.
Great, until there was an issue. They replaced our heater but the new one still wasn’t working and one of the parts needed to be replaced. They completely stopped responding to emails and left us paying $4K for a new pool heater that doesn’t work. We were really surprised because up until this place we had a great rapport with Alan, we were always happy with his company, very nice and professional.
We had a major problem with a pump not holding it's prime. If you're searching the internet looking for help like I was, stop right here. Alan came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, went the extra mile searching for a part on my discontinued unit. Found the part, installed same, up and running. It would have been a lot easier to talk me into a replacement filter system. Great service. The customer is pleased.
Very knowledgeable, fair price and excellent service.
