The work is pool-side rather than pool-store: equipment repair and replacement, vinyl liner replacement and patching, cover replacement, seasonal openings and closings, new vinyl in-ground construction, and the demolition and removal of pools people no longer want, plus the landscaping that follows. Reviewers describe a heater installed the same day, a pump diagnosed and replaced on an immediate call-out, a filter swapped, and a liner leak found within the hour after the owner "showed up at my house within the hour" and patched a rip that the customer had assumed meant a multi-thousand-dollar replacement. One 2025 customer had a 40-foot backyard pool removed and wrote at length about the crew regrading the yard afterward and uncovering a half-buried stone wall; another had an in-ground vinyl pool, its concrete deck and floor fully removed and hauled off the site.
