In May 2026 a condo association worked with Blue Sky Roofing & Custom Exteriors to replace 25 skylights and make minor roof repairs. Blue Sky is a Richmond, Vermont roofer with 4.7 stars from 50 Google ratings and 4.8 from 6 on Houzz. In October 2026 the president of the Sun Terrace Condominium Association wrote that Blue Sky inspected the association's TPO membrane roof and prepared a detailed report with photos of its findings and recommendations on repairs and replacement. A September 2026 customer said Blue Sky had put a new roof on the entire house and, more recently, inspected two 20-year-old sunroom skylights that had started leaking, gave an estimate and timeline, and quickly did the work. A June 2026 customer described a new metal standing seam roof. In December 2025 a customer wrote that Leland and his team, led by Mark and Manny, installed a new metal standing seam roof with new insulation, and that Leland coordinated the project with an insulation company and a solar company. That customer said Blue Sky was not the low bidder but was detailed in its quote and came in on budget. In November 2025 a customer said Leland took on the replacement of an improperly installed skylight that no other roofing company was interested in. In March 2020 a Houzz reviewer credited Blue Sky and Matt Gazo with the removal and replacement of approximately 20,000 square feet of roofing; in another March 2020 Houzz review, a property manager said Matt worked on roof replacements at 2 condo complexes. In October 2024 a customer gave three stars after flat roof work quoted to shed water to the roof edges left a large depression in the center, with standing water seven sunny days later. That customer said the project manager sat in his truck all day while subcontracted workers did the work, and that Blue Sky returned promptly to correct it. Houzz lists GAF Master Elite and CertainTeed Shingle Master certifications for the company.
