We have now used Blueprint to sell two of our properties as well as buy and remodel our current home. They are knowledgeable of the industry and professional. Blueprint Properties is an exceptional builder that prides in workmanship and quality, its been little over a year now since we moved into our new home and the quality has been outstanding. New England had one of the worst winters with folks we know having water leaks due to ice dams, our house had no issues thanks to the quality and effort put in by Blueprint Properties to make our home not only look beautiful but withstand mother nature. It took us about 8-10 months to find our new home, one year later very happy and feel lucky that we ended up picking a property built by Blueprint Properties.

Kristen and Ryan did a fantastic job with a custom build for us. They completely renovated an older home from the inside out, and we are thrilled with the quality of the work and the finished product. I was also impressed they were able to complete such a large scale project within a relatively short amount of time (7 months). They were a pleasure to deal with during the building process, and I always thought they were fair. They have also been helpful and responsive with requests to fix any minor issues since moving in.
