Blueprint Roofing

Leaks come up again and again in Blueprint Roofing's reviews, and so does the response: someone came out fast. In August 2026 a customer said a roof leak was taken care of immediately. The Boston roofer has 38 Google ratings averaging 5 stars, and its written reviews run from late 2023 to this summer. The company says homeowners and businesses have counted on it since 2016, and its website lists roof repair, replacement, new construction installation, inspections, waterproofing and ice-barrier work across Boston, Cambridge, Quincy, Brookline, Somerville, Braintree and Milton. Rick Chuilli comes up by name in several reviews; in June 2026 a customer called Rick and his team easy to communicate with and very fair. In an October 2025 review, a customer whose leak no one else could find said the crew came out on a Sunday to fix it, and that the company answered its phones and worked through the winter months. In August 2025, after a heavy rainstorm left shingles loose and flapping, a customer said Rick came out quickly, fixed it the same day and took photos of what was done. A January 2026 reviewer said the crew looked at the roof two days after the first message, repaired it the following day and handled some extra issues outside the quote at no charge. In a July 2025 r/quincyma thread, a poster wrote that "Blueprint roofing is my go to." In a November 2025 review, a customer said a roof and skylight they had been told could not be fixed without a new roof were repaired. Price comes up often: customers from 2023 through 2026 called it fair, reasonable or great. A general contractor wrote in February 2026 that the crew showed up on time and spelled out every possibility in the contract. In a May 2024 review, a customer who hired Blueprint for a simple deck said the crew found substantial structural damage to the house and took care of that too. OSHA's website lists businesses named Blueprint Roofing at addresses in New Bedford and Somerville, along with a reference to the federal fall-protection standard for residential construction.
