BM Flooring is a Norwood, Massachusetts installer that's been putting down hardwood, laminate, carpet, and vinyl flooring for 23 years, according to its BBB listing. Its Better Business Bureau reviews are mixed but mostly positive — customers who hired the crew directly describe good installation work, while one review complains about work done through the LL Flooring retail channel, calling it a poor reflection on that store rather than describing a problem with the installation itself. The business carries a BBB A+ grade. Worth asking about: several licenses on file through BuildZoom (marked verified by BuildZoom) include an EPA renovation credential and a Connecticut home-improvement-contractor registration, alongside an inactive Pennsylvania license and a stale, unverified Rhode Island contractor registration — worth confirming which licenses actually apply to a Massachusetts job before booking. If you need flooring installed in the Norwood area, BM Flooring is a long-running option with a positive BBB track record — just clarify pricing and timeline directly, since neither is addressed in what's on file.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from BM FLOORING. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

Worked with BM through LL Flooring and can't see why there are poor reviews as our experience was great. 2 Gentlemen showed up to do our job and were finished within the day.
LL Flooring most definitely needs to contract with someone else besides B M Flooring. They make the store look bad.
Had flooring installed in 2 bedrooms and the kitchen in january of 2023. The installation crew was great.
