A boiler that needed fixing is how one recent customer came to Bob Miles & Son: they said Kaleb fixed it, kept them informed every step of the way and researched parts still under warranty to get them back up and running quickly. A recent customer wrote that Buck was great, that the company made sure it had the proper details and photos before arriving, and thanked it for getting their new sinks running. Its Procore profile lists plumbing as a service and shows 46 projects. A 2025 customer said they had used Bob Miles several times and that the company is not inexpensive, but wrote that their most recent job came in at a tenth of the cost they expected because the plumber was prepared, knowledgeable and considerate.
