The company's website says it has been drilling wells for residential and commercial customers since 1989, and its BBB profile says it was established in 1989, incorporated in Maine in 1997, and also services and installs tanks and thaws pipes. In a January 2023 review, a couple with no water at 3:30 am called before 8:00; Sharon answered, Bert and Noah arrived roughly an hour later, and a new well pump and pressure tank were in by noon. A March 2023 customer who suspected a leaking line says Bert and Noah came within an hour and found the pressure tank was the problem. A November 2023 customer says the company tried to help troubleshoot over the phone for free and pointed out a weekend call would cost much more, so they waited for Monday. In a September 2023 review, the owner led the drilling of a new well; after a Friday of drilling turned up nothing, he came back by himself on Saturday to work on the drilling platform, and the well ended up 520 feet deep. A June 2023 customer says costs ran more than hoped, but the itemized proposal laid out the possible extra charges. A September 2025 customer first complained about attitude and arrival timing, then came back to say "the fellas fixed" it and raised the rating to five stars.
