Amenyonah Bossman founded it and runs it as president, and the company describes itself on its own site as a woman-owned construction management and general contracting firm working in Boston. What isn't there yet is a customer history. Neither its BBB page nor its BuildZoom listing carries a single review, so there is no written account of how a job with them actually goes. What can be checked does check out: the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active and held in the company's own name, and its BBB profile is an A+ with no complaints shown. The documented work is modest and a few years back. BuildZoom lists three permits — a $38,000 second-floor enclosed storage stair with finish carpentry and paint in Somerville in 2021, marked complete; an interior partition removal in the same building that November; and a Revere kitchen-cabinet, window and wall-repair job that was withdrawn. Two dates don't line up. The site claims 15 years, while BBB records the business as started on 5/31/2019 with one employee. Worth asking about directly, along with addresses of finished projects. Where they're pointed is clearer than where they've been. The Bay State Banner reported in 2020 that Bossman deliberately built the company as a female-centered business, and a July 2026 LinkedIn post introduced a Homeowner Developer Pilot Program aimed at Boston homeowners adding dwelling units within their existing footprint, plus detached units in Mattapan. For a Boston homeowner exploring an ADU, an interior renovation or an addition, this is a licensed, owner-run option — but one you'd be joining early. Ask to walk a finished job and to speak with the homeowner who hired her before signing anything.
