Mike Walsh and his assistant did a wonderful job clearing out my main drain pipe of about 4 ft of roots with the utmost professionalism! Before doing the job Mike explained everything to me. He answered all my questions was extremely friendly professional and knowledgeable with my issue. Before going to any other company I highly recommend that you call this company for any issues that you are having with your main drain pipe in your house. I had an emergency sewer backup and Mike Walsh from East Coast Pipelines came out the same day to help. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He used a high-power jet machine and a sewer camera to clear a ton of roots from both my line and the shared main line out to the street. The work was extremely thorough — he didn’t rush, made multiple passes, and made sure everything was completely clear before he left. He even handed me a USB drive with the recorded camera footage without me even asking, which I really appreciated. For the amount of work involved, the price was more than fair. I really appreciate how responsive, honest, and easy to work with Mike was. I highly recommend East Coast Pipelines to anyone dealing with sewer line issues or root intrusions.
