Boston BuildHERS LLC

Boston BuildHERS is a 100% woman-owned HVAC subcontracting business based in South Boston, co-founded by Ronnie Kassiff and Suzanna Gal Gombos, whose team brings 19 years of construction experience. It holds an active Massachusetts Women Business Enterprise certification and is Passive House Builder certified by Phius. The company works as a subcontractor to general contractors, primarily on small-to-medium multifamily projects — especially affordable housing — and commercial work across Greater Boston, rather than contracting directly with individual homeowners. In 2025, the company was selected for Boston's SCALE Program, which gives small minority- and women-owned businesses hands-on technical assistance, coaching, and access to grant funding to help them grow. There isn't a customer review on file to draw from, which fits a business whose clients are typically general contractors rather than homeowners. Given its subcontractor role on multifamily and commercial jobs, a homeowner looking for direct HVAC service for a single-family house should confirm whether this company takes on that kind of work before reaching out.
