Boston Wood Floors

Boston Wood Floors is a Revere-based hardwood flooring company that, by its own description, installs, sands, stains, refinishes and repairs wood floors using dustless sanding equipment, and says it serves the Boston area. There's no independent customer feedback on record yet to judge the work by. The company's own site also tells two different stories about its history: one page says it was founded in 2003 by brothers Wilfredo and Juan Villanueva, while another says it has been installing floors since 1996 as a second-generation family business. The ownership pages disagree too, naming the Villanueva brothers plus their father on one page and a different person, Zachariah Sargetakis, as owner on another. Worth asking directly who currently owns and runs the company, and asking for references, since there isn't yet a review history to lean on.
