We first met Nick when he was an apprentice with Bottazzi Plumbing, almost 20 years ago, and we have been working with him ever since. I trust Nick with all the plumbing and heating work in our house, which was built in 1940 and has all original plumbing and heating systems. Nick knows how to work with these older systems and he values preservation. He's extremely skilled, thoughtful, and often leaves the worksite cleaner than he found it. I can't recommend Nick highly enough!
I have called Nick for several projects and he always communicates well and does a great job at a fair price. Recently, my hot water went out and he walked me through how to fix it myself with a $15 part versus needing a service call. I had hot water again that same day. Hugely helpful and a nice guy too.
This is a 5 star review for those who don't read 5 star reviews (and anyone else). I have used DePasquale Plumbing twice now and both times I was impressed by the level of knowledge, efficiency, and Competence of the plumber (Nick). If you are a home owner you may have had bad experiences with other plumbers - I certainly have. I had asked a friend if he knew of a good plumber, "Not a good one, no". If that sounds familiar, you have come to the right place, finally. I have used large and small companies and whatever falls in between and it typically was a nightmare. The last one was hired to fix 2 things. One he said could not be fixed, the other was something he messed up. I lived with those things not working for 2 long years as i had completely given up on ever finding a competent plumber. (I could write a book on bad experiences.)So after having such a good experience the first time with DePasquale Plumbing about a year ago I had them come back to fix these things, which they did. Properly. The first time. As for pricing, I consider them quite reasonable in general But most importantly they do the job right. The first time. I can't say that enough .Bottom line: I would use them again - and that is The highest compliment I can give, and I would and have recommended them to people i like.
Nick has become our go-to plumber. Kind, easy to work with, and honest. He explains everything and gives options. And will let you know if something is not needed. We have used Nick and his team for routine work and emergencies. I trust Nick and highly recommend him!!
Once again Nick came through with me. Always wanted a utility/slop sink for the garage and he knocked it out of the park! This job wasn’t straightforward. But Nick used creative problem solving to get me what I needed. Nick is my go to plumber!
