I had my last house ten years ago inspected great job. The owner than was old. I rehired them and to my amazement it was the same inspector. Nice guy but obviously over the hill.He inspected and missed that the upstaurs bathroom needed to have the mixing valve replaced. When i went shower it onky lasted with hot for 30 seconds ,so he obviously didnt let it run long enough. Now im stuck paying a $1000 out of my pocket to have it fixed and no shower for a week. What a nightmare.
TOP NOTCH! They do a great job. Very informative, accurate and pleasant to deal with. They can get the final report to you very quickly! They take the stress out of the process! Highly Recommend.
