Frank Harmon, proprietor of Harmon Inspections LLC, did an exemplary job with the recent home inspection I had contracted with his company. First and foremost, Frank is a consummate professional in every way and displays many positive attributes worthy of the distinction of being the best: Frank is incredibly knowledgeable in ALL areas of home inspection; he is honest and without question shows integrity; Frank works hard and was willing to spend extra time getting the job done; his cost was beyond fair and the service fantastic; he's kind and patient and is an excellent teacher when sharing his verbal summaries of the various areas he has inspected while on the job; Frank is very thorough as evidenced by not only his verbal summaries and answering all of my questions, but the report which he produced was so well done and I was blown away at how clear and helpful it was! The report was comprehensive, the initial summary page was crystal clear, and it flowed perfectly with no jargon....especially for someone like myself who is not savvy in the home inspection field! In closing, I give Frank Harmon my highest recommendation without any hesitation or reservation....I served kids/adults for over 44 years as a teacher/coach and Principal/Superintendent and had Frank been an educator, he would have earned the distinction of a Master Teacher! Plus he's a gentleman and a really good guy and my brothers and I were just so grateful to Frank for coming out and doing such a professional job!

Frank does a great job! He thoroughly inspects the property answering questions as he goes. He spent over four hours carefully looking over a house that I was considering buying. He wrote a long report, complete with photos and observations. If you want to know what you are buying, Frank is the inspector to use.
