Felix is amazing. He spent extra time a few months ago for our home inspection in a last minute situation. He was more than prepared and educated us through this whole process. If I buy another home Felix is the only person I would trust to check out a house. Every single thing he said was spot on. Thank you Felix. Sorry for the late review… we didn’t throw any party’s on the back deck yet !
He is not professional. Rude. It’s as if he did not want to do his job. Maybe he is just to old to be in business. I called about some question I had about the inspection report and he was rude about it… I don’t know why asking a question about the boiler lead him to say that I need to pay for another inspection! He told me himself that if I had any questions to call him and I did when I received the home inspection report. He got paid for his services and he just didn’t care about me as a customer after. I was so confused I wondered if he thought I was someone else. I will never recommend him. He is not the cheapest either. He also took to many breaks in between the inspection which made me late to work. FELIX SANTANA IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Save your time and money and use someone else.
