Harris Property Inspections

Harris Property Inspections is a Springfield home and commercial inspection company run by Ernest D. Harris, who says he has inspected properties in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida since 2002. His Massachusetts home inspector licence is active on the state registry. Beyond standard inspections, the company lists radon, mold, water quality, lead, asbestos, infrared imaging and fire and water damage inspections, says reports arrive within 24 hours, and cites InterNACHI membership. Its three Google reviews are all 5 stars. A June 2026 customer, referred by a friend, praised the attention to detail and thoroughness of the inspection. In a March 2025 review, a buyer said Mr. Harris helped them avoid what could have been a bad financial decision and walked them through what the long reports actually said.
