Bouchey Builders LLC

Bouchey Builders LLC carries a 4.9-star Google rating from 90 ratings, and the company says it has been in business for 30 years. A recent customer who needed a staircase added to an existing deck said Randy stopped by the same day, sent a proposal the next day and started work a few days after they agreed. A recent customer said Randy, Randy and Mike gutted and remodeled their bathroom. A recent sunroom renovation brought new windows, pine paneling and vinyl plank flooring. A 2024 customer said Randy and his crew put a new roof on the house and garage, including new tar paper and ice shield, and cleaned the worksite every day before leaving. A 2022 customer described a basement finished with a custom cedar-lined bench built to hide a radon mitigation system. A 2022 customer said a 27-year-old wood deck was replaced with a composite deck and railing system and the project came in on budget. A 2025 customer gave one star, saying the company was paid in full for a bath removal, purchase and install but only removed the tub, did trim and painted the ceiling. A 2024 customer whose crew built a 3-season porch later wrote that the porch's Pella sliding windows did not open or close smoothly; when Pella sent replacement windows, Bouchey Builders refused the new install over the price, and that customer wrote, "I have been forgotten by the builder and not been contacted since." A 2024 customer whose porch swing was installed later asked for a follow-up, saying a heavy screw was coming through the porch ceiling and they had not heard back.
