“If it's sewer/drain related, BP Wastewater is excellent. We had water backing up into the sinks and called Roto Rooter. The plumber from Roto Rooter couldn't actually fix the problem and billed me ~$600. I called BP and they came out about an hour later and fixed the issue (things drained again).”

I came in to my restaurant at 11 am today and the hallway smell like a shit. My customer asked me what was the smell, I went to check both bathrooms and found they left the sewage cap open in men’s bathroom! When I met the Tech around 7:30 in the morning, I told him only grease trap cleaning today and no jetting, I don’t know why the hell he came to the bathroom and left the sewage cap open ? I am done with this company. Don’t bill me the jetting bill, I Told the tech clearly no jetting today, I am going to fight the jetting bill if they sent me one. I am glad I am not working with company anymore. They claimed they did jetting service and the sewage cap was not opened by their tech? hello ? Are you saying I open the sewage cap myself and cause the shit Oder in my restaurant? My landlord has no right to tell me which company I hire, I can hire which ever company I want. Just because Handys have good relations with you, doesn’t mean I have to stick with you. There are good companies out there who can do much better job too. At least not leaving the sewage cap open and left.
