Brackloon Remodeling LLC

Brackloon Remodeling LLC is a Canton contractor whose public profiles point more clearly to tile, stone, patio, and remodeling work than to roofing. BBB lists the company as a non-accredited Construction Services business with a C+ grade, while BuildZoom lists Brackloon Tile Co Inc at a Canton address and connects it to Brackloon Remodeling LLC. The customer history is small but specific. In a February 4, 2011 BuildZoom review, a homeowner said Brackloon Tile remodeled a bathroom, treated the house and schedule respectfully, finished within budget, and delivered an amazing result. BuildZoom shows one five-star rating and eight projects, so that praise is useful context but dated rather than a current measure of day-to-day work. Before booking, clarify the exact scope and the legal entity that will contract with you. BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts home-improvement license for one number and an inactive number for another, while BBB identifies Brackloon Remodeling LLC and an alternate Brackloon Tile Company name. BBB also reports one complaint and failure to respond to it. This looks better suited to a tile, stone, patio, or bathroom-remodel conversation than a roofing-only call. Confirm the current license, entity name, roofing experience, written scope, and references for comparable recent work before signing.
