BRAMSHEL

Bramshel is a design-build general contractor, and in a 2020 Houzz review a customer said it did their master bathroom and was helpful during the design stage. That 2020 customer said the design and construction capability, all in one company, drove the decision to hire Bramshel. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 123585, in The Bramshel Corporation's name, is active on the state registry. A 2019 Houzz reviewer hired Bram to create a new back yard space. A 2018 Houzz reviewer said the project consisted of converting a three season porch into a year-round mudroom, transforming part of the backyard into patio space and "tricking out" a backyard shed that the customer turned into a micro beer hall. In a 2018 review, a customer who selected Bramshel for a kitchen renovation said Bram and Sheldon's practical guidance helped them end up with a transformed first floor. A 2018 Houzz reviewer said Bram came up with a solution to stabilize the surface of an exterior porch and completed the work on time and within the budget they discussed. A 2017 Houzz reviewer hired Bramshel for a full bathroom remodel and custom exterior and interior woodworking. In that 2017 review, the customer also said Bram and Sheldon built custom built-in shelves and drawers for a suite for their daughter. A 2017 Houzz reviewer said Bram and Sheldon completed an outdoor deck and built-in bookshelves for their master bedroom. A 2017 customer who worked with Bramshel for 12 months on an extensive internal reconfiguration described it as a small one-man general contractor that subs out and oversees much of the work and also does much of the work himself, and said it was an option for those willing to pay top-dollar. A 2009 wickedlocal.com article described interior and exterior design work, mostly renovations, done through the business Bramshel Design. A 2017 customer who had a kitchen and garden extension built onto a 1910 house said there were surprises that increased the price, and that Bram and Sheldon had warned this could happen when they started.
