I had Simion repair a historic structure. He took care and did a great, precise job. His price was fair. Not cheap, not expensive, but fair. Great quality work.

Sorin Breaz and team did outstanding work demolishing the existing structure and building a beautiful 400 sq ft deck with dry storage space underneath. The project estimate was reasonable for the amount of planned work and the final bill was in alignment with the estimate. Overall, the team was considerate to work with and we plan to call Sorin and team for future projects.

Pointed out to him the things that do not look right, and I think there will be problems and he kinda said he did not think anything is wrong. He used the wrong material against the house. The siding he used was not the right stuff, he was to put on the cedar impressions which he did not do. The left side of the over hang is longer than the right side. he did not use any flashing where the new part ties into the roof, and he did not put in enough bracing to hold up the soffit material

Simion Breaz has done two jobs for me including building a 3 level deck and installing doors. He is very knowledgeable and does great work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home improvement.
