BrightSpark Electric Co. is listed at 460 Lincoln St in Worcester and is categorized for electrical work. A 2022 Google reviewer described a residential recessed-light installation arranged through an online quote, deposit, and scheduling process. That reviewer praised the electricians' politeness, protection of the home, cleanup, and communication about light placement. The same account mentioned a small post-installation gap around some recessed lights; the available review excerpt does not establish the final resolution. The history is limited to one detailed review from 2022 and two Google ratings, so homeowners should confirm current availability, written scope, lighting details, warranty, and finish-issue procedures before booking.
This company is a class act! Easy request and appointment setup. An electrician came out to quote and took less than 15 min total. The quotation was sent the following day electronically, paid the deposit, and design the installation date all online. Friendly and polite electricians arrived and got everything installed. They covered everything and cleaned up well. I was informed every step along the way and constantly asked about the location and height of the lights. There was a small snag on the recessed lights post-install. I questioned a slight gap against the ceiling on some of the lights. Andrew called me within an hour and sent someone to take a look two days later. The electrician that showed up had a good attitude, no huffing and puffing about having to come back, and assured me the company stands by the product and installation. Oh, and their pricing is fantastic. My local electrician wanted over double $ to install a light fixture. Seriously folks, why go anywhere else?
