WARNING: Stay Away from Renan (Ray) Xavier Moraes and Bro Builders! I was the victim of a major scam involving a U.S. construction project. I invested nearly $160,000, and Renan Xavier Moraes took all my money, diverting it for his own personal use, with no intention of fulfilling the contract. Nothing was done on the property, and I later discovered there was an unpaid, undisclosed mortgage. From my experience and from multiple independent sources, this is not an isolated incident, his dishonest practices appear to be recurring. I have been told that his company exploits undocumented/ilegal workers in the U.S., often leaving them unpaid. I am suing him in U.S. court for fraud and misappropriation. His actions show a complete disregard for contracts, ethics, and the law.

Ray(Rennan) Xavier Moraes signed the contract got the first deposit per the contract terms and disappeared after a week. Unfortunately he didn’t even pay his own contractors. I lost a chunk of money. I learned from his contractors that he did the same to couple of other am not sure how providers like Home advisor makes recommendations like these to public.

Bro Builders recently rebuilt a deck on our home after a car accident along with completing tile work in our kitchen and bathrooms. They did an incredible job overall and I could not be happier with how the work turned out. They are super detail oriented and made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated that anytime a decision needed to be made (even the small ones) on how to execute a piece of the project they communicated the options to me along with pros and cons so I could make a fully informed decision. Additionally they are super nice and friendly guys who were super communicative about the days and times they would be working in our home. We are looking forward to hopefully hiring them again for future projects!

They started the remodel Project and at each phase I gave the money well before the due date as they asked for, which is truly a bad planning. Each time the company was telling me they have budget issues. Suddenly they left the work undone and ran away in the end and never showed up to complete the project. They should change there practice and be loyal to customers.

Yes, I recommend this pro We had Bro Builders to install siding and trim on large colonial. All I can say is they did an Excellent job!!! Professional, punctual great work ethic. Showed up when promised. Left the property spotless each work day. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone. If your looking for a good, reliable contractor, they are! Fair pricing, quality work, quick and efficient installation with an outstanding finished product. Beautifully done... Thanks!!!
