I needed a leak in my roof repaired after another company I hired couldn't fix it. Billy called me back quickly after I put my job info on Angi's and came out to give me an estimate the same day. He's a straight shooter and not a fast talking salesman and is very knowledgeable about his trade. His estimate was extremely fair and he and his assistant did great work. I'm very happy that my leak is fixed and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Fast call back and Billy was there in a couple of hours. Provided an estimate in a day and then did the work within a week. Very good communication by phone. Highly recommend.
I hired the company through recommendation of home advisor. Spoke to representative of Broadway home improvement, he said that they maybe a little late. I waited for 3 hours, no show. Called them and he said they were on their way. No apology at all. I then told him not to come! They are very unprofessional!!!
