Not every job went smoothly on the first pass. Mass Pro did a great job insulating my crawl space with this really cool hard foam that hardened in minutes. This will go a long way in keeping my house much warmer in the winter and cooler this summer. 12 out 10 score
Install did not go as well as expected, with a couple issues, but the AGI team stayed in contact and worked hard to fix the problems. 4/5 stars because it shouldn't have needed fixing.
This was our second time hiring Mass Pro Insulation and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We moved over the summer and had no idea how bad the insulation n our sunroom was. Over these last several freezing days, cold air was streaming through the floor and into the house, making our heat work overtime. Mass Pro responding to my request right away, scheduled me very quickly and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. We had one spot in the corner that was still allowing some cold air to get through and they immediately came back and fixed the issue. Our sunroom is now super warm thanks to the spray foam and we will save lots of money over the years on our heating bills. Highly recommend the Mass Pro team - thank you!! :)
Eduard and Bruno arrived promptly on schedule and did an excellent job. We ran into one issue of a solid wall section which could not be reached for insulation. But I was quickly informed of the issue so there was no problem. All wall openings were plugged with styrofoam as expected and the worksite was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Mass Pro Insulation to anyone needing this service!
I requested a quote on Friday from the company. Henrique, a sales rep came out and we discussed the job. He had a quote back to me within a few hours. His quote had the best price and the best insulation for the areas I needed done. Other companies were trying to upsell me on things I told them I didn’t want. Henrique understood I wasn’t interested in anything but what I explained and unlike the other companies, he understood and moved on. He called me Monday morning, we discussed the job/price and agreed to it. He had the guys there by 9am working. I had one issue after the job was done, I informed Henrique about it on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning he was at my home discussing the issue at hand. He explained the situation to his manager and his manager came out on Thursday to see what was going on. To my surprise, this gentleman was the owner. Not only did he fix the issue, he (Leo, the owner) came back Friday to fix it HIMSELF. Out of the 11 years I’ve owned this home and had lots of work done over the years, this is by far the BEST experience I’ve EVER had. I wish I had more jobs for them. I HIGHLY recommend Mass Pro Insulation.
