SeeAir starts by having you scan your own house. A homeowner who booked in April 2026 recorded the target areas on a phone, got back a 3-D rendering of the house with the proposed work on it, and found the scheduling easy from there. That assessment is the front end of what this Everett company does: insulation, air sealing and heat pumps, with several customers coming through the MassSave program. The insulation work is where the detail sits. A February 2026 customer itemized the job — blown-in ceiling insulation, foamed rim joists, a couple of door kits, a gap sealed under a staircase — and named Freddy and Aziz as the crew. In May 2026, a homeowner had the whole house air sealed and insulated in one day and everything left spotless. Another May 2026 reviewer called wall injection "a difficult job" and credited Raul and Shaq with being thorough. Heat pumps are the other half. Thumbtack puts the company at two years in business and hired three times through that platform, and the written accounts start in November 2024 — this is a young company rather than a long-established one. Couldn't be happier with SeeAir! They air sealed and insulated my home in just one day — professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. We live in a 4 bed colonial built in the 90s, so its not that old. AC serviced this week and the hvac guy told us our units are in great shape and not undersized. We have shades closed on every window. Despite this, we've had to set the AC to 64 each morning in hopes our house *might* only end up at 72 by the late afternoon, and then the AC would run until way past midnight to cool us back down again. Today was the first 90 degree day of the season since insulating- I set the temp to 65 and it DID NOT budge! It even got to 65 in mid afternoon and stopped cycling. By 7pm the AC turned off and the temp is staying steady. I've never thought I'd live to see that happen! You guys-Not only are we finally comfortable in our own home, but I can't wait to see how much savings we see from the AC running hours and hours less each day! Worth every penny and I hope everyone takes advantage of this awesome program.
