You can't get a better HVAC contractor than Steve and his team. Gave a fair price for High Quality equipment and a extremely neat and quick install. They protected our floors and furniture perfectly and minimized impact to our attic. Steve listened to our requests and requirements and adapted quickly gave us numerous options. Couldn't be happier!

We have used Tradewinds Heating and Cooling for 2 houses we have owned. Steve (the owner) and his team are extremely supportive and the quality of their work is excellent. We do not write reviews often, or typically make recommendations. But Tradewinds is the exception. We could not be more satisfied.

I would highly recommend Tradewinds Heating and Cooling LLC for any Heating/AC repair or replacement. Our furnace stopped working last week (January) and had no heat. I called Steve the owner who was highly recommended to me by our neighbor. Tradewinds did the same work for them a year ago and they are extremely happy with Steve's work. On Tuesday, he wrote up a quote giving us different options and pricing for a new furnace and AC condenser. He ordered the parts that night, got them delivered Wednesday and he was here Thursday morning with his guys installing the unit. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and is an honest small business owner. He takes pride in his work and it is impeccable!!! Again, I would highly recommend Tradewinds whether it is for a small repair, maintenance or replacing your entire furnace/AC system- 100% the BEST in the area!!!
