I cannot say how great a job Built Different did for me. Removed an old rotting two story deck and replaced it a beautiful new two story deck. Not only beautiful but literally pardon the pun “Built Different…as in built to last”. The construction is do sound and beefier than what Ty was there. Timber tech decking that looks gorgeous and is virtually maintenance free. The brothers Dylon and Tyler obviously take great pride in their craft and show it with detailed workmanship. No corners were cut, in fact they resolved issues quickly and responsibly. They provided good communications throughout the project.Timely, clean and efficient. I found my set of carpenters for life!

We contracted with Dylon to renovate the exterior trim and replace a roof on a home in Barnstable. There was solid communication, the work was performed in a timely manner, and with quality work and oversight. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Three Season Room Addition and Deck! We located Dylon from Built Different Construction through Home Advisors and it was the best find ever! We met with Dylon many times to design and price out our Additions! He was incredible to work with! Dylon is very polite and personable person you could ever meet and work with. He always has the best interests of his customers in mind. We started our project and got to meet and work with his amazing crew! His crew includes his brother Tyler, G , Kevin and Caleb. This crew is the most professional and talented you could ever meet. We watched the work and were awe struck by the job that was done. They thought of every little detail. Each crew member has a talent that compliments the team! Dylon from Built Different is very reasonable priced. I can't say enough about the project we had done. We not only get to enjoy our addition but we've also made some new friends! We highly recommend Dylon and his crew from Built Different Construction, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely awesome experience dealing with this company. Dylon responded quickly, gave us options and followed through on everything he promised. The roofing team did a great job, and left the job site immaculate. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with Built Different Construction Inc. I have a garage that was in dire need of repair. I had several quotes by different vendors, and most of them told me to tear it down or pay an exorbitant price to have it replaced. They said it wasn’t worth saving. Both the foundation and the roof were in deplorable condition. Dylon was able to take on this challenge and restore the garage resulting in a beautiful structure. I am more than pleased. Dylon is a pleasure to work with and his prices are affordable. I highly recommend utilizing his services. You won’t be disappointed.
