I cannot recommend Frank and his team enough. I hired them to repoint part of the interior of my stone foundation as well as the exterior of my garage. I spent a long time searching for someone that would do this kind of work and do it well - a lot of what I found online was not high quality or they would just put mortar over the joints and stones and call it a day. I was very concerned because the mortar was crumbling quickly and from the moment Frank saw the job when he came to quote it, he put me at ease. From start to finish Frank and his team did an amazing job. The quote came in quite reasonable, and when we identified that the walls of my garage that are only accessible from my neighbors' property were worse than what I hired Frank to repair, he worked to keep the overall price of the job reasonable in spite of the expanded scope. He documented everything in written scope documents, he communicated via different channels (including text and email) and was always prompt with his response, and he even supplied a written warranty at the end of the job. I've hired a lot of great contractors in the past and Frank is now at the top of the list. I'll absolutely hire him again for any future masonry work I have. I've included an example before and after of some of the worst section of the foundation.

Frank and his team were wonderful to work with. Communication from initial site visit to scheduling was great. He and his team were prompt, worked quickly and kept everything clean the entire way. The quality of work is great, we would certainly hire them again.

If I could, I would give 6 out of 5 stars. Frank made the whole process painless and stress free. In order to come up with an estimate, he stopped by to understand what I wanted done and to explain the various steps needed to repair and repoint the exterior brick wall. He promptly provided me with an estimate that was broken down into sub-projects so I could decide what was in budget for me. His crew and he showed up on the agreed upon date and time, were quite professional while working, cleaned up after working, and finished the work within the time frame initially provided. Frank was also kind enough to spend some extra time to walk around the house and explain the work done & answer my questions about future maintenance. The final cost didn't exceed the estimate he provided, and the price was quite competitive and fair for work done. Highly recommended.
