- Storm and holiday calls — early-2026 calls in a blizzard and on New Year's Day

- Reasonable quotes — a 2025 customer contrasted it with a competitor's high bid
In a February 2026 Google review, a customer whose heat and hot water quit during a brutal blizzard said Bushi Plumbing drove through the storm and had the heat back on within an hour. Stories like that fill the Revere company's reviews: a January 2026 customer said the crew came to their mother's house on New Year's Day, and a Salem restaurant wrote in April 2025 that Renato's team fixed its restrooms on Halloween, its busiest day. Google shows 4.9★ from 87 ratings. Renato is the name customers mention, and many have used him for years. A May 2026 customer said they have relied on Bushi for over six years. Water heaters come up often — a May 2026 customer said a technician came the same day when their tank stopped working — and an October 2025 customer said two home heating systems were replaced within 48 hours. In a June 2025 review, a customer said a competitor called their toilet installation very difficult and wanted four figures, while Renato quoted a much more reasonable price and a plumber finished the job in about an hour. The company's website lists plumbing, heating and air conditioning, gas piping and drain cleaning, and a March 2025 Reddit commenter in r/SalemMA said Bushi doesn't try to take advantage of customers.
