When a water heater ruptured on Labor Day 2025, Darren DiBartolomeo was the only plumber who called the homeowner back — within minutes, while water was still leaking. In that September 2025 Google review, he helped contain the leak over the phone and sent Adam D. to replace the heater first thing the next morning rather than charge holiday labor rates. Impressive Plumbing Heating Sales is a Revere company that describes itself as family-owned and run by Darren DiBartolomeo, doing plumbing, heating and gas fitting across the North Shore for over 20 years. His Massachusetts plumber license 12945-PL-M is active. BBB gives the business an A+ grade. It holds a 5.0 from eight Google ratings. In an August 2025 review, a customer who had worked with Darren since 1996 said he diagnosed a heating problem — no water reaching an upstairs apartment — over the phone, and Adam DiFilippo came back two days later to fix it at a price the customer called very low. A September 2023 customer said Darren and his crew arrived quickly, found the toilet problem and fixed it at a fair price. In September 2026, a customer credited Adam with a reasonable price and professional service.
Adam is the best! Reasonable price and professional service. Go nowhere else! Thanks again Adam!

Our water heater ruptured on Labor Day. Darren was the only person I called who called me back on the holiday within just a few minutes while water was still leaking. He was very helpful over the phone in helping us contain the issue, and sent Adam D. to replace the heater first thing the next morning (instead of incurring the high costs of holiday labor). Adam was so nice and helpful in explaining the issue and the estimated costs, and had our hot water back up and running as quickly as possible. This was our first time working with this company but they were extremely nice, helpful, and professional and we would definitely call them again in the future. Highly recommend!
Very impressed with Impressive! I’ve been doing business with Darren since 1996 and have always been very happy with his service. Most recently I called Darren to fix a problem with my heating. It wasn’t receiving any water to the upstairs apartment. Did all my Google research and I couldn’t figure it out. Called Darren and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. Darren sent over one of his team, Adam DiFilippo, and Adam confirmed the diagnosis. I was totally expecting a sky high price for the fix and when Adam told me the very low price I was shocked! Wow! Adam came back in 2 days. Fixed the problem and was the nicest most professional guy anyone could hope to work with. If you need plumbing or heating repairs, Impressive is the only one to call.
Had a problem with my toilet and I was at my wits end. Darren and his crew was responsive and quick to arrive. Found the issue and fixed the problem. Fair price. Will use again.
