Our water heater ruptured on Labor Day. Darren was the only person I called who called me back on the holiday within just a few minutes while water was still leaking. He was very helpful over the phone in helping us contain the issue, and sent Adam D. to replace the heater first thing the next morning (instead of incurring the high costs of holiday labor). Adam was so nice and helpful in explaining the issue and the estimated costs, and had our hot water back up and running as quickly as possible. This was our first time working with this company but they were extremely nice, helpful, and professional and we would definitely call them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with Impressive! I’ve been doing business with Darren since 1996 and have always been very happy with his service. Most recently I called Darren to fix a problem with my heating. It wasn’t receiving any water to the upstairs apartment. Did all my Google research and I couldn’t figure it out. Called Darren and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. Darren sent over one of his team, Adam DiFilippo, and Adam confirmed the diagnosis. I was totally expecting a sky high price for the fix and when Adam told me the very low price I was shocked! Wow! Adam came back in 2 days. Fixed the problem and was the nicest most professional guy anyone could hope to work with. If you need plumbing or heating repairs, Impressive is the only one to call.
