I highly recommend Busy Bee Appliance! Ben came out to fix our refrigerator and was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what was going on without trying to overcomplicate things. His pricing was very reasonable, and what I appreciated most was that he didn’t just fix the problem and leave. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s nice to find someone who is honest, takes pride in his work, and genuinely cares that the job is done right. We will definitely call Ben again if we ever need an appliance repaired. Highly recommend!
Aug 2026 I was extremely disappointed with my experience and would never recommend this company. The owner, Ben, came to my home to diagnose an issue with my dryer and told me the control panel needed to be replaced—a repair that would cost several hundred dollars. Before moving forward with such an expensive repair, I contacted him the following day with a very reasonable follow-up question about his diagnosis. No response. I followed up a second time. Still no response. I then called and received no answer or return call. What made the situation even more ridiculous was that my neighbor contacted him with an unrelated question about a freezer and received a response within an hour—while my messages and call continued to go unanswered. I paid $100 for a professional diagnostic service and expected professional communication and reasonable follow-up. Completely ignoring a paying customer who simply asked for clarification about a costly repair recommendation is both unprofessional and disrespectful. If you actually have no idea what is really wrong with the machine, then just be honest! In the end, I am $100 out of pocket, have no confidence in the diagnosis I paid for, and am right back where I started. I would not use this company again.
Busy bee diagnosed the issue quickly and told me what was most likely the cause and what part was needed. Machine is now fixed and working well again like following their advice. Thanks so much!
Ben, Thanks so much for fixing my fridge, now I can buy milk for my froot loops, lol that's how I found out fridge was not working milk spoiled! Ben this almost 70 year old, 😆 Thank You So Much Have a Great Day!
Ben at Busy Bee’s is always prompt and finds the solution in minutes. He does a great job with all appliances and is very reliable and knowledgeable with repairs. I call him for all my appliances.
