The company's site names Pierre Couture, a former software engineer, as the owner since 2022, working alongside designer Valerie Dwyer and production manager John Field. The same people turn up in the reviews year after year. Valerie appears in accounts from May 2018, December 2021 and December 2023 — the December 2021 customer took her design advice and called the estimate detailed and clear, and the December 2023 kitchen went from her design phase to John and Joe on the build. In June 2024, a homeowner walked through the pre-measuring and the finish work and gave Joe a shout-out as a finish carpenter. Older accounts fill in the craft: an October 2017 kitchen came back with hidden hinges and soft-close doors throughout, and a May 2018 customer chose the wood species, door style and stain, then watched the crew pad the countertops and floor on arrival. One review reads differently. In May 2023, a customer who had been happy with the cabinets and the pace of the work reported that the paint was rippling a year and a half on, with calls and emails producing a single reply promising a tech. Angi's page says that paint problem was resolved after follow-up. If you are going with a painted finish, ask what the warranty covers and how a callback gets scheduled; both directory profiles say warranties are offered. The wider numbers line up across platforms: Angi and HomeAdvisor carry the same 4.9 from 65 ratings — 59 of them five-star, four at four stars and one at one — and Thumbtack shows 4.8 from 25, with a background check on the owner. Houzz lists license number 204049. The directories put the company at 14 years in business; its own site claims 30.
