Cabinet Resources is a kitchen cabinet business in Auburn whose written reviews date from 2017 to 2021. In a 2021 review, a customer said Cabinet Resources did the kitchen layout in their last house, that it turned out awesome, and that it was doing the kitchen in their new house; they called it reasonably priced and top quality. In a 2020 review, a customer said cabinets installed almost two years earlier began falling apart within six months, with several shelves falling because the shelf holders fell out. The customer said the owner came to their house in January 2020, apologized and said he would order new cabinets and stronger pegs, but by September the cabinets had been reordered with no replacement yet. In a 2017 review, a customer said cabinets they ordered and paid in full for were promised in three weeks and came almost three months later, a wrong-size cabinet was ordered after a mis-measure, and 2 more cabinets were found during installation to be ordered wrong as far as opening left or right.

Love these people! They did the kitchen layout in our last house and it turned out awesome! Now their doin tje kitchen in our new house. Reasonably priced and top quality.
Where do I begin with this place? Cabinets were installed almost two years ago. They began falling apart within six months. Several shelves have fallen because the shelf holders fell out. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in lost glassware, dishware and cookware, which Cabinet Resources has never offered to reimburse us for. I attempted to reach out several times to no avail. I had to have my contractor call Cabinet Resources and threaten them to even get a response back. Fast forward to January 2020. The owner finally comes to our house. He apologizes and says he'll order new cabinets and get us stronger pegs. This was promised to us within a month, so that would have been the end of February 2020. COVID hits in March. Fine. There's still no update. I begin calling again in June. Again, I get a lame reason for why I still don't have new cabinet doors but *hopefully* they'll be in by mid-August. Mid-August comes and goes, no update. I call Bill AGAIN in September. He says somebody else will call me with an update. I receive no call. I call again a week later, the cabinets have been reordered, which sounds like they didn't do anything. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Great people, great product
I was told that my cabinets that I ordered and paid in full, would come in , in three weeks. It was almost three months later. Then to find out someone mis measured and ordered a wrong size cabinet. Two more weeks for that to come. Then during instalation, discovered 2 more cabinets were ordered wrong as far as open left/right. My outside installer decided to hang one upside down to compinsate, looked awful. Then on a lower cabinet, it opened wrong, so I had to ask to have hinges switched to oposite side. A very long and drawn out process. Cabinet resources didn't seem to care how much they messed up or delayed everything.
