Honorable Contracting

NOT so Honorable Contracting. We hired Josh to build a large covered deck, based on recommendation from friends. From the beginning we noticed that the deck is unleveled and rises about three to four inches high across the center. Even though it bothered us aesthetically, he assured us it wasn't structural and wouldn't cause any issues down the road, and to let him know if it did. After a year, the deck boards creek and are unleveled all over the place. The concrete poured at the base of the stairs have sunken, now the stairs are just floating in the air with no foundational support. And this year, we noticed that the deck has completely pulled away from the center footings. We contacted Josh. To his credit, he did come and take a look and said he would fix it. But he never did and never responded to our subsequent calls or emails. My guess is either he's not sure how to fix it, or the work would be too much and he wasn't welling to do it. We compare his work to the deck we had built by Swiss Appeal over 15 years ago. What a contrast. What a big mistake and with so much regrets that we went with this company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I recently hired Honorable Contracting for some home renovations, and I can confidently say they’re one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. The entire team was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent — they were always easy to reach, quick to respond, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that truly delivers on both craftsmanship and customer service, but Honorable Contracting does exactly that. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and reliable contractor, look no further. These guys take pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Quality work and more than reasonable pricing. Look no further, Josh is your guy and will make any project you dream of become a reality. A humble, respectable man. I’m very grateful I found him.

Josh and his team perform quality work. Excellent communication and prompt responses when questions are asked.

Josh and his team covered my popcorn ceilings with beautiful shiplap paneling. My family and I could not be happier with how the project turned out. Great communication throughout the project, completed the work on time, and cleaned up the work area afterwards. We will definitely consider them for future projects and highly recommend them. Thank you!
