Rick was here in a flash to give us a quote and a date. We had to reschedule and his son Michael became our contact. He came to see the job and agreed to honor the original quote. We agreed to a date, emptied out the first floor (no small task), made a plan to be away for the week (no cheap thing) and Michael NEVER showed up. We left repeated, polite messages and he GHOSTED us. Not a word. Needless to say, don't bother with Cabral Flooring: whatever time and skill Rick put into building a good reputation went out the window when Michael stepped in to replace him. The only way to post this was to give to the minimum one star: that goes to Rick.

Marcio and his crew did an excellent job installing my new wood floor. Prompt, courteous, and helpful company to deal with. Very satisfied with their work!

This company might have a great reputation and a great review score of five stars but when you call a company to offer them to give them money to come to a job and don't even get a phone call back it's pretty ridiculous obviously won't be recommending this company to anybody

They installed about 1400 SF in the home I just purchased. Beyond impressed with the workmanship and the price was fair. Showed up when he said he would. Finished when he said he would. You will not be disappointed!
